11.28.010 - Driving through funeral processions.¶
No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

11.28.020 - New pavement.¶
No person shall ride or drive any animal or vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted marking in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to do so, or when any portion of such street is closed.

11.28.030 - Limited access.¶
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access highway except at entrances and exits established by or with the consent of public authority.

11.28.040 - Barriers and signs.¶
A. No person, public utility or department of the city shall erect or place any barrier or sign on any street unless such barrier, barricade, obstruction or sign is of a type approved by the city engineer.
B. It is unlawful for any person to disobey the instructions of any barrier or sign placed in any street by the city or any public utility.

11.28.050 - Blocking intersections.¶
Notwithstanding any traffic-control signal indication to proceed, no driver shall enter an intersection or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate such driver's vehicle without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians.

11.28.060 - Damaging street.¶
No vehicle or other device shall be placed or operated upon any public street with a rim, tire, wheel or tread having on its periphery or street bearing side any stud, flange, cleat, ridge, bead or other protuberance which might be injurious to any portion of such street, without first receiving permission from the city engineer. The city engineer, prior to granting such permission, may, at his or her discretion, require a bond sufficient to assure the repair of any damage caused by the permittee to any public street.
