11.20.010 - Placement authority.¶
The city engineer is authorized to place pavement markings, markers, buttons or signs within or adjacent to intersections indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections. The course to be traveled may conform to or be other than as prescribed by Section 22100 of the Vehicle Code.

11.20.020 - Restricted sign placement.¶
The city engineer, when authorized by the council, shall determine those intersections at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, left or U-turn, and shall place proper signs at such intersections. The making of such turns may be prohibited between certain hours of any day and permitted at other hours, in which event the same shall be plainly indicated on such signs.

11.20.030 - Right turn limitations.¶
The city engineer, when authorized by the council, shall place appropriate signs prohibiting a right turn against a red or stop signal.
