2.64.010 - Authorized to enforce Titles 15, 16 and 18.¶
The Director of the Community Development Department of the City ("the Director") is authorized to enforce Colton Municipal Code Titles 15, 16 and 18 as provided in this chapter.

2.64.020 - In event of Violation of Titles 15, 16 and 18—Investigation and Notice duties.¶
In the event that it comes to the attention of the Director that there is a Violation of any of said Titles 15, 16 or 18, the Director Shall investigate the Violation. If such investigation affirms that there appears to be a Violation, the Director Shall cause Notice to be sent to the responsible Party. Said Notice Shall describe the Violation and request voluntary action to correct it or otherwise comply with City Regulations.

2.64.030 - Authorized to issue citation—Designation of substitute.¶
The Director is authorized to issue a citation for an infraction as to such Violation after such Notice if there is neither correction nor compliance. In the absence of the Director, the City Employee assigned by the City Manager to Act on behalf of the Director is deemed "the Director of the Community Development Department" as that term is Used in this chapter.
