11.76.010 - Bicycling, skateboarding, rollerskating and inline skating prohibited where…¶
A. No person may ride, propel or in any manner operate a bicycle, skateboard, rollerskates or inline skates on, along, or over any public street, sidewalk, right-of-way or other public property of the city where the city council has prohibited the same by resolution.
B. The prohibition set forth in this section will not apply until notice has been provided in accordance with this section.
Notices must be provided in and about the area where the activity is to be prohibited. Notices must be placed in locations and in sufficient numbers so that they are reasonably likely to be seen by those engaging in the prohibited activities. The notice may be stenciled directly onto the sidewalk or other paved surface.
The notice must provide in capital letters or symbols at least two inches high, which activities are prohibited, and must provide in print at least one inch high, "Camarillo M.C. § 11.76.010."

11.76.020 - Bicycling, skateboarding, rollerskating and inline skating prohibited where…¶

B. The prohibition set forth in this section will not apply until notice has been provided in accordance with this section.

Notices must be placed in locations and in sufficient numbers so that they are reasonably likely to be seen by those engaging in the prohibited activities. Notices may be stenciled directly onto the sidewalk or other paved surface.

For purposes of this section, "private property" includes property owned by other public agencies within the City of Camarillo.

11.76.030 - Law enforcement personnel exemption.¶
The provisions of Chapter 11.76 do not apply to law enforcement personnel riding bicycles as part of their official duties.

11.76.040 - Violation—Infraction.¶
The violation of any provision of this chapter is deemed an infraction and may be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
