11.24.020 - Bicycle—Riding on handlebars.¶
No operator of any bicycle shall carry any other person upon the handlebars of any such bicycles, nor shall any person so ride upon any such bicycle upon any street or highway.

11.24.030 - Processions.¶
No operator of any vehicle, or bicycle shall drive or ride between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession, where the vehicle immediately in front of which such operator or rider passes in driving through such procession, is conspicuously designated as constituting a part of such procession.

11.24.040 - Moving vehicles.¶
No person traveling upon any bicycle, motorcycle, toy vehicle, or other moving device, of any nature whatsoever, on any public highway shall cling to or attach himself, or his vehicle, or such device, to any other moving vehicle.

11.24.050 - Pedestrian tunnels.¶
No pedestrian shall cross any highway within two hundred feet of any regularly established and maintained underpass, subway, bridge or grade separation, intended for the use of pedestrians in crossing highways except by the use of such underpass, subway, bridge or grade separation.
