Absorption units shall bear a permanent and legible factory-applied nameplate on which shall
appear:
(1) The name or trademark of the manufacturer.
(2) The model number or equivalent.
(3) The serial number.
(4) The amount of refrigerant.
(5) The refrigerant designation.
(6) Hourly rating in Btu/h (kW).
(7) The type of fuel approved for use with the unit.
(8) Cooling capacity Btu/h (kW).
(9) Required clearances from combustible surfaces on which or adjacent to which it is permitted to be mounted.
(10)The symbol of an approved agency certifying compliance of the equipment with recognized standards.
