12.04.010 - Short title.¶
This title shall be known as the "City Traffic Ordinance."

12.04.020 - Traffic engineering investigation and report.¶
The city council may require the superintendent of streets to conduct a traffic engineering investigation and to prepare a report thereof to assist the city council in making determinations under this title. The superintendent of streets may conduct such investigations necessary in order to assist his determinations in fulfilling his duties under this title.

12.04.030 - Penalties.¶
Any person violating any provisions or regulations established under this title is guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine as provided in Section 1.04.010.
