3.80.010 - Creation of revolving fund.¶
The city council does hereby create the fleet replacement fund as a special fund for the replacement of vehicles and other fleet equipment on a regular basis. Pursuant to Section 711 of the Charter, such funds allocated to the fleet replacement fund will roll over year to year until or unless fully expended. Monies will be allocated to the fund as deemed appropriate by the city council each year by resolution, beginning with the fiscal year 18-19 Resolution approving the budget.

3.80.020 - Purpose of Fund.¶
The purpose of the fund is for the replacement of vehicles and other fleet equipment on a regular basis. No monies shall be expended from this fund except for items or disbursements consistent with the purpose of this fund.

Chapter 3.13, Communication Users' Tax Law was approved by the electorate of the city of Vallejo at the municipal election of November 3, 2009.
