3.40.010 - Creation.

There is created pursuant to Section 713 of the Charter of the city a special fund to be known and referred to as the "1973 Disaster Relief Fund" into which shall be deposited all revenue received from the state of California, Office of Emergency Services, under Public Law 91-606

3.40.020 - Use.

Moneys deposited in the 1973 disaster relief fund shall be expended only in accordance with the laws and ordinances, and procedures promulgated thereunder applicable to the expenditure of the general revenues of the city, and shall be used for the damages approved by the Office of Emergency Preparedness.
