2.60.010 - Established.

Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code Section 233 there is established a delinquency prevention commission whose duties shall be as set forth in the California State Welfare and Institutions Code dealing with said commission.

2.60.020 - Designation.

The juvenile justice commission is designated to serve in the capacity of the delinquency prevention commission. The membership of both commissions will be the same and vacancies in the commission will be filled in the manner prescribed for the juvenile justice commission.
