2.38.010 - Department created.¶
There is created a county department to be known and designated as the "department of child support services."

2.38.020 - Departmental duties and responsibilities.¶
The department of child support services shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are required by state law and state regulation, and such other duties and responsibilities as are directed by the board of supervisors.

2.38.030 - Director.¶
The administrator of the department of child support services shall be known as the director of child support services, who shall be appointed by the board of supervisors.
