18.37.010 Application. 18.37.020 :0 district regulations.¶

18.37.010 Application. This special district is intended to be applied in combination with general districts in cases where open space characteristics are found to require recognition and protection. (Ord. 375 §10(part), 1977).

18.37.020 :0 district regulations. Whenever the :0 district classification is combined with any other district classification, use permits shall be required for all uses permitted in the particular general district and shall be considered and conditioned in recognition of o^p en space features and values. (Ord. 375 §10(part), 1977).
