17.40.010 Penalties for violation.¶

17.40.010 Penalties for violation. Any offer to sell, contract to sell or sale contrary to the provisions of this title shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in Section 1.04.010; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall be deemed to bar any legal, equitable, or summary remedy to which the town or any other political subdivision, or any person, firm, corporation or other organization as defined herein may file a suit in the superior court of the county in which the subdivision is located to restrain or enjoin any attempted or proposed subdivision or sale in violation of this title.
