18.36.010 Application. 18.36.020 CD district regulations.

18.36.010 Application. The special CD combining district classification is intended to be applied to properties adjacent to or in the vicinity of public properties and/or improvements which require the additional protection of this district classification to safeguard the public interest and investment in such properties and/or improvements. (Prior code §10 109 (part)).

18.36.020 CD district regulations. Wherever the CD district classification is combined with any other district classification the following additional regulations shall apply:

(1) Plans for all buildings and structures proposed to be erected, constructed or structurally altered shall, prior to the issuance of a building permit therefor, be submitted to the town council for approval;

(2) The town council shall inspect such plans and may approve them when it finds that the proposed buildings or structures are so designed and arranged that:

(A) They will contribute to an attractive and orderly development of the district,

(B) Ingress to and egress from the property is adequate,

(C) Off-street parking to be provided is adequate,

(D) The proposed development will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare. (Prior code §10 109 (part)).
