Article 612 — APPEALS

612.05: STANDARDS OF REVIEW:

When reviewing any decision on appeal, the city council shall use the same standards and criteria for decision making required for the original decision. The city council may adopt the same decision and findings as were originally approved. (Ord. 1801, 12-3-2013)
