4-14.05: Severability

4-14.05: SEVERABILITY:

Should any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter be held invalid or unconstitutional for any reasons, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter. The city council hereby declares that it would have adopted this chapter and each article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase, regardless of the fact that any one or more articles, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
