Temporary use permit approval is required for temporary uses as described in section301.19, "Temporary Uses", of this chapter. The zoning administrator may refer an application for a temporary use permit to the city council if the zoning administrator finds that the temporary use may have substantial and detrimental impacts to surrounding land that warrant council review.
