Section 5001.5.3 is added to read as follows:

5001.5.3 Electronic Reporting. All Hazardous Material Management Plans (HMMP) and Hazardous

Material Inventory Statements (HMIS) shall be submitted electronically in the California Environmental

Reporting System (CERS) annually as required by the Fire Code O\cial. All updates to HMMP and HMIS

shall be made in CERS.
