10.24.010 - Sign posting.¶
The traffic and safety commission, upon the advice, findings and recommendation of the director of public works, shall recommend to the city council the signing of one-way streets and alleys. The director of public works as directed, shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be opposite direction is prohibited.

10.24.020 - Emerging from alley, driveway or building.¶
The driver of a vehicle emerging form an alley, driveway or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or into the sidewalk areas extending across any alley ways.
