15.42.010 - Restrictions.¶
Parking of campers, buses, house cars, and/or trailers, as defined in the California Vehicle Code, is prohibited on the following described property which belongs to Marin County:
The following streets between Railroad Avenue and their southerly terminus as defined by the southerly boundary shown on that plat entitled "Grant to the County of Marin, Parcel 'A.' Chapter 497, Statutes of 1959, filed in Tube G, Serial No. 24621, September 16, 1960, Marin County Recorder's Office":

Petaluma Avenue from its intersection with the above grant boundary immediately west of Pohono Street to its intersection with the grant boundary at Myrtle Street.
Humboldt Avenue and Donahue Avenue between Railroad Avenue and the southerly line of Monterey Street.
Railroad Avenue between U.S. Highway 101 and the easterly line of Monterey Street.

15.42.020 - Removal of violating vehicle.¶
Any member of the California Highway Patrol or any regularly employed and salaried deputy of the sheriff's office of the county is authorized to remove to an available garage any vehicle which has been parked in violation of Section 15.42.010.

15.42.030 - Storage of violating vehicle—Lien.¶
In the event any such officer removes a vehicle parked in violation of Section 15.42.010, such officer shall give the notices as provided in Chapter 10, Division 11 of the Vehicle Code of the state of California, and the keeper of any garage in which any such vehicle is stored shall have a lien upon the vehicle for his compensation for storage and for caring for and keeping the vehicle, and may satisfy the lien upon compliance with and under the conditions stated in Chapter 10, Division 11 of the Vehicle Code.

15.42.040 - Penalty for violation.¶
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction shall be punished according to law.
