§ 5-6.301. Unlawful games.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to manage, carry on, operate, or conduct within the City any game of ball throwing, disc throwing, stick throwing, or ring throwing, or any tango game, or any other game of skill or science for which prizes of money, or other things of value, or certificates, tokens, or coupons redeemable in money, or other things of value, are awarded for proficiency.
