§ 5-8.01. Defined.¶
For the purposes of this chapter, "marathon dance" shall mean any dance or series of dances in which the object, purpose, or tendency is to test or exhaust the physical endurance of any of the participants therein.

§ 5-8.02. Unlawful.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to promote, stage, or participate or engage in any marathon dance within the City.
