Highland Municipal Code Ch. 15.24 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings

The 1997 version of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as first published by the International Conference of Building Officials and currently published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of the city clerk, is hereby designated and adopted as part of the property maintenance code for the city of Highland. The building official is hereby designated as the authority charged with the administration and enforcement of this code.
