2.36.010 - Statutory authority for recommendation as to amount.¶
The city attorney for the city pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the state, has recommended that the official bond of the city clerk be fixed at five thousand dollars, and that the official bond for the city treasurer be fixed at five thousand dollars.

2.36.020 - Fixing of bonds for city clerk and city treasurer.¶
Pursuant to the recommendations set out in Section 2.36.010, the official bond of the city clerk is fixed at five thousand dollars, and the bond of the city treasurer is fixed at five thousand dollars.
