2.32.010 - Declaration to qualify to receive aid.

The city council acting for and in behalf of the city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2.32.020 - Adherence to standards for recruitment and training.

The City of Farmersville, California declares it accepts the requirements of Section 13510 (c), Chapter 1, of Title 4, Part 4, of the California Penal Code, and will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) for Public Safety Dispatchers.

2.32.030 - Adherence to standards for selection and training.

The City of Farmersville, California will adhere to the requirements of Section 13512, Chapter 1, that the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the City of Farmersville, California public dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
