106.4 Stop Orders. Where work is being done contrary to

the provisions of this code, the Authority Having Jurisdiction shall be permitted to order the work stopped by notice in writing served on persons engaged in the doing or causing such work to be done, and such persons shall forthwith stop work until authorized by the Authority Having Jurisdiction to proceed with the work.

In instances where reinspection fees have been assessed, no additional inspection of the work will be performed until the required fees have been paid.
