3-60 - Payment of fee required.¶
The fees specified in this article for services of the Agricultural Commissioner of the County of Butte shall be paid before the services are provided or performed. In no event will the service be provided or performed unless and until the applicable fees have been paid in full.
The above shall not apply to those situations wherein the Commissioner has entered into a written contract to provide services.

3-61 - Schedule of fees.¶
Agricultural Commissioner Fees shall be as adopted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors as part of the Butte County Master Fee Schedule.
These fees are subject to periodic adjustment based on the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Employment Cost Index (ECI) for State and Local Government.
