§ 18.68.010. Fees set by council resolution.

All fees required by this division shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Prior code § 27-54.01; Amended during 1990 codification)

§ 18.68.020. Bond or deposit for monumentation work.

The agreement referred to in Chapter 18.76 of this division shall be accompanied by a bond or cash deposit guaranteeing the faithful performance of the agreement in an amount estimated by the city engineer to be equal to the cost of setting monuments and furnishing notes. (Prior code § 27-54.02)

§ 18.68.030. Reimbursement agreement for supplemental improvements.

A subdivider and the city may enter into a reimbursement agreement for supplemental improvements which benefit the areas outside of the subdivision, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 66485 et seq., of the Subdivision Map Act. (Prior code § 27-54.04)
