Chapter 18.16 — FINAL TRACT MAPS

§ 18.16.010. Preparation standards and specifications.

The final tract map shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor, shall be based upon a survey, and shall conform to all information required by Section 66434 of the Map Act.

§ 18.16.020. Required certificates and acknowledgements.

Certificates or acknowledgements are required for all final tract maps, as per Sections 66436 and 66442 inclusive of the Map Act.
