Chapter 18.100 — REVERSION TO ACREAGE

§ 18.100.010. Initiation of proceedings—Statutory requirements.

Proceedings for reversion to acreage may be initiated by the city council on its own motion or by petition of all the property owners of record of the real property within the subdivision. Such proceedings shall comply with the requirements of Sections 66499.11 et seq., of the Map Act. (Prior code § 27-81.01; Amended during 1990 codification)

§ 18.100.020. Parcel map filing required when.

The city may authorize a parcel map to be filed for the purpose of reverting to acreage any land previously subdivided and consisting of four or less contiguous parcels under the same ownership.
