§ 18.108.010. Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of Division I of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 18.108.020. Civil remedies to ensure compliance.

The city may seek injunctive relief, or any other civil remedy, to ensure compliance with Division I of this title.
