§ 18.52.010. Tract maps required when. ¶
A tract map shall be required for all subdivisions creating five or more parcels, five or more condominiums, a community apartment containing five or more parcels, or a conversion of a dwelling to a stock cooperative containing five or more dwelling units. (Prior code § 27-46.01)
§ 18.52.020. Tentative and final map required. ¶
All tract maps are required to have a tentative map and a final map. (Prior code § 27-46.02)
