Chapter 18.20 — FINAL PARCEL MAPS

§ 18.20.010. Preparation standards and specifications.

The parcel map shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor, shall show the location of streets and property lines bounding the property, and shall conform to all of the provisions of Section 66445 of the Map Act. (Prior code § 27-33.01)

§ 18.20.020. Required certificates and acknowledgements.

Certificates and acknowledgements required for final parcel maps shall be the same as for final tract maps.

§ 18.20.030. Certificate formats.

The final parcel map certificate format for engineers and recorders shall be the same as for final tract maps.

§ 18.20.040. Field survey or filed data for boundaries.

Parcel maps shall be based upon a field survey or compiled from recorded or filed data when sufficient survey information exists on filed maps to locate and retrace the exterior boundary lines of the parcel map if the location of at least one of the boundary lines can be established from an existing monumented line.
