Tests, with instructions and scoring keys, will be provided to the respective CDS staffs handling course delivery prior to instructor preparation if this information is not already provided in the Instructor Guide. The CDS staff will ensure that test materials are timely and securely delivered to the Lead Instructor at the training site. The Lead Instructor for the class is responsible for disposition of the tests and for providing test results to the course development project manager as indicated in the instructor guide or as directed by their business unit.
In order to expedite mailing and to ensure the security of tests, scoring keys, and test results data, registered mail or express mail will be used. The test and the answers to the test should be mailed separately.
