Temporary/Ad Hoc Instructor Selection

When there are unexpected training needs for which there are no available instructors in the cadre, Temporary/Ad Hoc Instructors may be appointed until competitive selections are made. Temporary/ad hoc instructor assignments are made only when no cadre instructors are available.
