Sec. 4-9.1201. - Authority to sign one-way streets and alleys.¶

The Public Works Director, when authorized by the City Council, shall determine and designate one-way streets or alleys and shall place and maintain official traffic control devices giving notice thereof. No such designation shall be effective unless such devices are in place.
