§ 17.06

17.06.010 - Activities for administration.

The city may undertake any of the activities for the administration of the general plan as specified in Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 7 (commencing with Section 65400) of the Government Code.

17.06.020 - Zoning consistency required.

The provisions of Title 16, and the amendments thereto, shall in every instance be consistent with the general plan, as specified in Section 16.02.060.

17.06.030 - Subdivision consistency required.

The provisions of Title 15, and the amendments thereto, shall in every instance be consistent with the general plan. Consistency shall exist when the various maps and subdivisions authorized by said title are compatible with the objectives, policies, general land uses and programs specified in the general plan.
