17.02.030 - Mandatory elements—Guidelines.

As to any elements of the general plan made mandatory upon charter cities, the city shall prepare and adopt such elements in accordance with any mandatory guidelines promulgated by the state.

17.02.040 - Consulting during formulation.

During the formulation of the general plan or of any of its elements, the city shall consult and advise with public officials and agencies, public utility companies, civic, educational, professional and other organizations, and citizens generally to the end that maximum coordination of plans may be secured and properly located sites for all public purposes may be indicated on the general plan.
