Chapter 15.18 — REVERSIONS TO ACREAGE

As conditions of reversion, the city council shall require:

A.

Dedication or offers of dedication necessary for streets, public rights-of-way or easements;

B.

Retention of all previously paid fees, deposits and/or improvement securities if necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act.

The city may authorize a parcel map to be filed under the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of reverting to acreage land previously subdivided and consisting of four or less contiguous parcels under the same ownership. This authorization shall comply with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act.

15.18.060 - Merging and resubdividing without reversion.

Subdivided lands may be merged and resubdivided without reverting to acreage by complying with all the applicable requirements for the subdivision of land as provided by this title and the Subdivision Map Act.
