§ 3.16.010. Authorization to deposit funds.¶
The City Manager or his or her designee is authorized to deposit City funds in any banking institution listed in the Investment Policy adopted annually by the City Council.

§ 3.16.020. Warrants—Designation of drawing funds.¶
The City Council may by resolution specify the creation of City funds, from time to time as deemed necessary, upon which warrants may be drawn.
