Chapter 2.12 — CITY OFFICER BONDS

§ 2.12.010. Designated.¶

City Officer bond amounts shall be set every two years, in even-numbered years, in an amount equal to the three times annual salary for salaried employees. The bond amount for nonsalaried City Officers shall be three hundred thousand dollars.
