3.08.380 - Parallel with curbs—Exceptions.

No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of traffic and with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle within eighteen (18') inches of the curb line or edge of the roadway, except as follows:

(a) Upon those streets which have been marked or signed by order of the Council for angle parking, upon which streets vehicles shall be parked at the angles to the curb indicated by such marks or signs; and

(b) The Council, by resolution or ordinance, shall designate those streets, or portions of streets, upon which parking shall only be allowed on one side thereof.

3.08.390 - Standing in alleys.

No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any alley for any purpose other than the loading or unloading of persons or materials and then only for a period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes.

3.08.400 - Council to indicate angle parking.

The Council shall determine those streets upon which angle parking shall be permitted, other than State highways where such parking is prohibited by the Vehicle Code of the State, and shall indicate such places by causing lines to be placed upon the surface of the roadway indicating the angle at which parking is permitted.

3.08.410 - Parking in municipal parking lots.

No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle over twenty (20) feet in length in any municipal parking lot, either day or night.

3.08.420 - Limited parking time in municipal parking lot located on East 11th Street.

No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle in the municipal parking lot located on East 11th Street for a period of time exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.
