3.08.600 - Violations of traffic regulations—Fines.¶
The City Council shall, by resolution, set the fine amount for violations of parking and standing violations as authorized by California Vehicle Code sections 40200 and following.

3.08.610 - Violations—Determination of infraction or misdemeanor.¶
It is unlawful and constitutes an infraction to violate, or fail to comply with any provision of this chapter, except it shall constitute a misdemeanor to violate section 3.08.040 (failure to obey lawful order of a police officer).
