3.08.330 - Council to establish crosswalks.¶
The Council may establish, designate, and maintain crosswalks at intersections and other places by appropriate devices, marks, or lines upon the surface of the roadway as follows:
Crosswalks may be established and maintained at any intersection where the Council determines that there is a particular hazard to pedestrians crossing the roadway.

3.08.340 - Crossing where crosswalks are established.¶
When crosswalks are established, no pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a crosswalk.

3.08.350 - Established crosswalks.¶
The following described crosswalks, which are not located at street intersections, are hereby established:
(a) (Repealed by § 1, Ord. 360 C.S., eff. November 15, 1973)
(b) (Repealed by § 1, Ord. 360 C.S., eff. November 15, 1973)
(c) (Repealed by § 1, Ord. 360 C.S., eff. November 15, 1973)
(d) A crosswalk ten (10') feet wide from the south side of West Tenth Street to the north side thereof, the east line of which is located three hundred and nine (309') feet west of the west curb line of Central Avenue; and
(e) A crosswalk ten (10') feet wide from the north side of West Eaton Avenue to the south side thereof, the west line of which is located five hundred (500') feet from the east curb line of Parker Avenue.

3.08.360 - Crossing at right angles.¶
No pedestrian shall cross a roadway at any place other than by a route at right angles to the curb or by the shortest route to the opposite curb, except in a marked crosswalk.

3.08.370 - Standing in roadways.¶
No person shall stand in any roadway other than in a safety zone or in a crosswalk if such action interferes with the lawful movement of traffic. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any public officer or employee of a public utility when necessarily upon a street in the line of duty.
