Tracy Municipal Code Art. 4 Turning Movements

(a) The Council may place, or cause to be placed, markers, buttons or signs within or adjacent to the intersections, indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections.

(b) When authorized markers, buttons, or other indications are placed within an intersection indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles thereat, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of such indications.

Such intersections as may be designated by the Council by resolution or ordinance are hereby declared to be intersections where no vehicle shall be turned at any time in a complete circle or in such a manner as to proceed in the opposite direction from which such vehicle is traveling at the time of entering such intersections. The Council shall cause to be placed and maintained signs giving notice thereof at all intersections so designated, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place.

In accordance with the provisions of sections 3.08.150 and 3.08.160 of this article, the following intersections are hereby declared to be intersections where U-turns or complete circles are prohibited:

(a) The intersection of all streets with North Central Avenue; and

(b) The intersection of all streets with Eleventh Street.
