Tracy Municipal Code Art. 13 Removal of Obstructions to Traffic

Whenever the Traffic Engineer finds that any hedge, shrubbery, tree, fence, or other obstruction growing, erected, or maintained in a parkway, right-of-way, or on private property in the setback area obstructs the view of any intersection or any traffic upon the street approaching such intersection, he shall cause such obstruction to be removed or reduced in size.
