65-010 - MUSEUM ESTABLISHED

Pursuant to the provisions of Division 5, Chapter 2, Article 2 and Article 2.5, of the Public Resources Code of the State of California, there is hereby established a museum of history, science, art, and similar objects for the County of Sutter to be known as the Sutter County Museum.

65-020 - MANAGEMENT, OPERATION—PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL SUPERVISION

The Board of Supervisors, upon the passage of this Chapter, shall adopt a resolution setting forth rules and regulations for the management, operation and physical and financial supervision of the museum established under this Chapter.

65-030 - SEVERABILITY

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter which is reasonably separable from the remaining portion of this Chapter is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this Chapter, it being herein expressly declared that this Chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof would have been adopted irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
