5-010 - AUTHORITY

This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Section 21500 et seq. of the Elections Code.

5-020 - SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT MAPS

The boundaries of the supervisorial districts established by this ordinance are shown in the following maps, Map 5-020-1 and Map 5-020-2. The Supervisorial District Maps, together with all legends, symbols, notations, and other information shown on the maps, are incorporated by reference. The County Clerk and Geographic Information Services are permitted to make minor administrative adjustments, to the extent practicable and as needed, to the final adopted map to assign property parcels to a single supervisorial district if currently divided between two or more districts, with no impact to any voter.
