6-010 - BELDEN PETITION AND HEARING¶
The County of Sutter has received a petition pursuant to Government Code section 23200 et seq. signed June 22, 1992 by Robert and Kathleen Belden and others for detachment from Sutter County and transfer to Yuba County of 128.14 acres. Appropriate notice as required by Government Code section 23207 and the conduct of an appropriate hearing pursuant to Government Code section 23208 have occurred. None of the protests which are the subject of Government Code section 23209 have been received.
6-011 - PROPERTY TO BE TRANSFERRED¶
The property to be transferred as a consequence of the adoption of this ordinance from Sutter County to Yuba County is described in Exhibit A hereto.
6-012 - NEW COUNTY BOUNDARY¶
Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a legal description of the revised boundary line between Sutter and Yuba Counties which will result from the boundary change approved by this ordinance.
6-013 - APPROVAL OF BOUNDARY CHANGE¶
The boundary change proposed by the Belden petition meets each condition of Government Code section 23202. The proposed boundary change is effective subject to the following conditions:
(a) The property to be detached from Sutter County shall also be detached from Sutter County Service Area C and the Fairview Cemetery District.
(b) The petitioner shall pay to the Sutter County Planning Department costs of one thousand one hundred ninety-six dollars and eighty-six cents ($1,196.86) plus three hundred dollars ($300.00) to cover other county costs.
(c) The effective date of the boundary change shall be the date of the completion of detachment proceedings authorized by the Sutter County Local Agency Formation Commission.
6-014 - RECORDATION¶
Within 10 days of the effective date of the boundary change approved by this ordinance, the Sutter County Planning Director is authorized and directed to record, in Sutter County, a copy of this ordinance.

DESCRIPTION
Parcel of Land to be Detached from Sutter County and Attached to Yuba County.
All that real property situate in the County of Sutter, State of California being a portion of Section 9, T13N, R5E, M.D.M., described as follows:
