§ 2.20.010. Purpose and effect of chapter.¶

Pursuant to the Political Reform Act, Government Code Sections 81000 , et seq., and Fair Political Practices Commission regulation (2 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 18730), a conflict of interest

code shall be promulgated by resolution duly adopted by the city council. (Prior code § 2.32)
